Not sure what to say?

Mabel will be missed but she left behind lots of memories for
everybody to enjoy.

I know she is so happy to be home in Heaven where not only she sees our God but her one and only love Frenis. Thank you for leaving such great memorable
memories. Rest in Peace Past Queen Mabel

Wilma & Frenis Jr.:
Dodie & I extend our condolences to you on the passing of your Mother. She was a special person to us. Dodie remembers her at McCroys when she and B.J Clingerman (Diggs) worked there. I of course remember her at Gaithersburg High School. She was an Honorary Chapter FFA Farmer at Gaithersburg and later she was named an Honorary State FFA (MD) Farmer.
And of course, it snowed and prevented us from attending her funeral.

Wilma ,we also gathered that you lost...

May your fond memories be your stronghold! Our Frederick Chapter of HLAA will greatly miss the smiling face of Mabel and all the great information that she would impart upon us. She was a positive star shining in the gloom of hearing loss!
Personally - My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in the loss of your Mother, Grandmother and Sister! I had planned to attend the services today but it seems Mother Nature has changed my plans!

I only knew Mabel for a short time as a fellow resident of Edenton Retirement Community. Mabel sang in the volunteer chorus at Edenton and was a joy to be around. She served as Mayor of the Independent Living seniors of Edenton in 2014. We will miss her sweet smile and upbeat attitude. She was truly a member of a community of compassionate seniors and she will be greatly missed by all of us who knew her. Condolences to the entire Hoffman family.

Mable also has been attending our Hearing Loss Assoc. of America (HLAA)meetings and encouraging others from her community to come too. She will be greatly missed by both old and new friends. We love you Mabel. Faith Arrington

Mabel and I became friends through Frederick Chapter DAR. She was a loving lady, generous and kind. She will be missed but always loved.
