Mable Augustus

Ms.Augusta's family She was my kindergarten teacher some 46 years ago. I'm just learning of her passing. I went back to visit her when I was in beauty school, I realized how tiny she was...in my mind as a child I thought she was larger than life, and wore such high shoes!! Such a wonderful lady. I never forgot her!

Please accept my condolences for your loss. May God give you comfort and peace during this most difficult time.

Ms.Augustus You were so loved by the many children you taught at C.F.Rowley Elementary in Chalmette,La.. You taught my daughter Angelique at the age of 4 in Kindergarten in 1973. So long ago,yet we always ran into you and you were always sweet and kind. Now you are in a beautiful place,be at peace beautiful lady. We love you Ms Augustus.. Sharon Moore

R.I.P. Sweet Angel! Miss Augustus taught all 3 of Our Children at C. F. Rowley starting 43 years ago! She taught Our Son Cliff Jr. and My Wife and I both Requested for Her to teach our other 2 Children when they went to School! She was a Wonderful Lady, Teacher and Person! Thank You Miss Augustus for Teaching Our Children and So many More! You Were The Best! Cliff & Glenda Melerine!
