Mable was born on September 10, 1920 and passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2016. Mable was a resident of Independence, Kansas at the time of her passing. She attended rural Elk County Schools. She was married to Willis. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday November 8 at The First Church of the Nazarene with Revered Darren Melton of the church officiating. A burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Elk City Kansas. Friends may sign the register on Monday from 9:00 a.m. â 7:00 p.m at Webb and Rodrick Chapel and Crematory Independence KS. Family will also be receiving visitors from 4:00 â 7:00 p.m. at the chapel. Memorials in memory of Mable may be made to The First Church of the Nazarene and may be left with the chapel.
I am so sorry to hear about her passing. We lost mom. Mable Ann Atchison Oct 30th. I am sure they are together again.
I wish I had been able to get over there to visit more often. I had not seen her for several years. Twila stopped by to visit about a year ago.
