Not sure what to say?

We are saddened to hear of Mable's passing and send our sympathy to George and family. I had the pleasure of attending school with Mable from first grade on. She topped the list for books read in Miss Lola Craig's second grade class and probably every other grade level. In seventh grade math class one day she was a little overactive and the teacher, Mr. Enoch Dumas, said, "We just may have to Tan a guchi!" I am sorry for Ms Tsugawa's passing. I was not lucky enough to have met Mable. Her son, Marty; helped to raise my beloved niece Suzan Estes. I know she meant the world to Suzan and her family. Rest in Peace. Sincerely, Lori Marks Estes

I was sorry to learn of Mabel's passing. It gave me cause to think back over our long term business relationship with her, George, and the rest of the Tsugawa family, but more importantly the personal relationship we shared particularly with George and Mabel. It's one those things you'll always remember and cherish.

Please accept our deepest sympathy during this time of your loss.

I was saddened to learn that we lost Mable. She was a dynamic force in the nursery industry and well respected by all. She will be missed, but her work and vision will live on through the nursery and her many friends.
My sincere condolences,
Chris Guntermann

I have very fond memories of Mable especially when we worked the very first Pacific NW Bonsai Convention.

My sympathy and prayers are extended to the Tsugama family. I was a year behind Mable in High School - DHS- I had lost track of a very lovely lady. I am so sorry for your loss.

Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. We will miss her. Sorry we could not be at the funeral.

My sympathy goes out to the Tsugawa family. I attended school with Mable in The Dalles. She was always friendly and out going.During my working years I would stop by the nursery, now and then, to visit Mable(see picture)
