It's been nearly a year and I still miss you so much! I know that you must have met Wolfe on his way to us and I often wonder when he has his little baby dreams if it's you he's thinking of. I'm certain he was referee to as Leonard a few times. I live you so much Grandpa

How do I say Goodbye to a Man who created so many wonderful memories in my life? Dad had so much Love and Compassion to share with everyone and he was such a Happy and Cheerful person to be around. He would give his last penny to anyone if it would help make their life better. He would go far beyond the call of duty to make sure his Family had everything they needed or wanted. If I ever had a really bad day, he could always turn it around and make it one of the best days in my life. There was always a smile on his face when ever I looked at him but he always had that magical twinkle in his eyes whenever Mom walked into a room. They loved each other so much and I can still hear him calling her his “ Mi Amore.” I could always count on the friendly “What’s Happening” when I spoke to him on the phone and the “Love You” before he hung up. He was always busy doing something but he made time to give me a big hug and a kiss on the cheek when ever I saw him. I always loved spending the Holidays with Dad and Mom. At Thanksgiving Dinner there would be at least 10 to 15 extra people there that did not have any place to go for dinner. Mom and Dad’s door was always opened to everyone.
So how do I say Goodbye to someone who was my Hero? I am so thankful for the wonderful memories that he has created for me and I will cherish them always. I know he will live on forever in my heart.
God Bless you Dad and Thank You for being you. A wonderful Dad who I will always Love
