I met Nick in Seattle at the motorcycle show 10 years ago. My Dad and I go to the show every year. We always went and talked to Nick. I always looked forward to seeing him asking how many miles he put on for the year and all my mechanical questions, so I could continue to work on my own bikes. I never had the guts to work on my own bikes until I met Nick, he told me how to fix my starter solenoid on my 81 sturgis. I never met his family, but saw many pictures, he was a class act and a...

I only heard about this recently. I often speak of the times I was blessed to spend in Nick's company. He will be sorely missed by the many who knew and loved him. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I was blessed to be able to help this family a long time ago as a house sitter as well as in the motorcycle industry. I hope I can become half the man Nick was.

The memories I have with you and Nick I will always hold close to my heart. I feel very blessed for have being a friend of Nick's. I am so thankful I was able to visit you guys on our way through Texas last winter. Our prayers are with you and your family.
