I have only just now learned of Maceo's death. After I hadn't heard from him in two months, I googled his name and this came up. I am deeply saddened and will miss my friend. He brought love, wisdom and music into this world, and shined his light in many places.

We will miss our beloved Maceo, but he is now an ancestor, seated with the elders and our God. His spirit will continue to shine, illuminating our paths as we remember his essence. Rest in eternal peace.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Christopher was a gift from the East Pines community of Lumberton to all who were fortunate enough to have known him. He will be greatly missed. May GOD give peace and comfort to all of his loved ones during these trying times.

Hope its some comfort to know others are praying for the family during this time. We enjoyed the contributions Maceo made to our church, Jubilee, UCC.
