Mac was old friend from way back & a lot of others whom all grow up together in Fayetteville NC we all thought a lot of Mac he was a good guy so sad to hear the news about his passing, The Capps family was of public service rather it be Rescue Squad, Law enforcement or Military Service & Postal Service or building homes for people their contributions is very admirable . RIP my friend Old soldiers never die they just fade away.

I remember Mack very well. I had the opportunity to go through APWU Shop Steward Training with Mack. He was a true friend and confidant.
Many times the both of us worked together on issues and I knew him as my brother.
I know one day I will see him in Paradise with our Lord.
Mack was a pleasure to work with on the work room floor and in the shop steward offices. I trusted him and his judgment, but more importantly as a dear friend.

Have you ever known someone who was so cool and the friendship bond so indelible that years and distance couldn't affect it?
Such a man was Mack Capps. He was a friend to all, quick witted, with the fastest smile in the east. He was always there to lend an ear and was a good conversationalist, genuinely interested in what you had to say. If anyone became aggressive or tried to bully, he was there to nip it in the bud tactfully and tastefully.
Mack was my friend in high school....
