You were the first in a series of firsts for me. You were my first boss, on my very first job, right out of college. This was a special time for me and you made it so by giving me guidance and teaching me things that are still with me 26 years later. You shaped and molded the person I am today and I thank you. Naturally, we are saddened by the transition of Mack Finley Jr. Although I had no direct profes- sional relationship with Mack, yet I am a benefactor of his sweat and foresight. Thank you for your good deeds.

During one's lifetime God places certain people in your path that have an impact on your life, Mack was one of those individuals. I am blessed to have had Mack as my boss, I learned a great deal under his supervision as a young accountant. The encouragement and skills that I developed through your teaching have been with me throughout my career. Thank God for you Mack! This is the beginning of a new life for you. May God give your family strength during this time of sorrow.
