My condolences to Pastor Mack's family. When I was going thru cancer treatment and couldn't get help anywhere, Pastor Mack helped me, he prayed with me and became a dear friend. I just recently found out he had passed. It was a blessing to have known this very decent man. God Bless Pastor Macks family.

Dear Barb and family, Praying for Jesus's comfort during this time of remembering Mack's leaving this earth, but rejoicing that he is with our Lord and Savior. Keep looking up for Christ's imminent return.

My condolences to Barb and the Strange family. I met Pastor Mack several years ago when I was looking for a church home. He made me feel so welcome and I could tell that he genuinely cared about people. He has left quite a legacy and will be missed.

A little bit after my parents moved to a home on Ridgewood Street, they decided to give the "little church on the corner" a try. This was a very big deal because my dad was not raised with any sort of religion at all and it always made him uncomfortable......until he met Pastor Mack! His down-to-earth personality and warm welcoming demeanor put Dad at ease and that´s how South United Methodist Church became part of our family. To Barb and all of Pastor Mack's family, I send my most heartfelt condolences. Mack was a very special and so very loving human being. His huge heart made any stranger a fast friend. And he was such a great friend to my mom who loved him so very much. His smile and laugh will be missed and you are in my thoughts & prayers for this week and the journey forward.
