Madalena Kelemen

Madalena was my aunt, sister to my father, John Giampetro. She was the daughter of Victoria and Alexander Giampietro (Dad dropped the second i) Victoria's maiden name was Basile. Alexander came to the United States in the early 1900's and worked on the railroad. He and the family (that was living in Italy at the time) became U.S. citizens while he was working in Cook County, Ill. I am not sure how he found his way to Bethlehem.
