Not sure what to say?

Aunt Madeleine ( Maddy) was truly a gift to the Quinn clan. Her quiet and loving dignity has been a guiding light and a source of strength for many decades and several generations. Aunt Madeleine is greatly missed.

Dear Suzanne and Patti,
To your entire family, my sincerest sympathy on the loss of your Mom. She was such a gracious woman; I have many memories of her and your Dad. I'm sorry I didn't see you at the funeral home this evening; you all had just left. I was able to pay my respects and smiled for the last time at your dear sweet Mom. May God bless your family with many wonderful memories and may she rest in peace. My love to all (especially your boys, Patti!)

Much Love and Comfort to the Family of Madeleine Cronin during this difficult time of Loss and Sadness.

Dick and Linda Declusin, You are in our thoughts. She was a great Lady. Our dog's name is Charley (a girl, adopted) and i always remember how Maddy called all of us "Charley"! Hugs, Me

I have only known "Aunt Maddie" through the adoring eyes of her niece -- Pamela Quinn Greaney -- and brief chances to meet this true lady. She had such grace and warmth, with a vibrant intelligence that shown in the gleam of her bright eyes. Your loss is her final blessing: She has passed "through a glass darkly" to where the light never ends; going home before you, joining a grand reunion, biding endless time until you meet again. Here, as we enjoy holy nights, surely a bell is ringing...

My sincerest condolences to you all for your loss. I deeply regret that I will never get to know her. But she will live on through all the souls she touched during her 94 years. God speed Madeleine. Safely rest. --Jim Bradley

Dearest Cronin Family
Thank you for sharing your mother with us. She held herself with dignity, like the Queen, and allowed us to enjoy her glow. Her attention to detail and follow-up with prior conversations was remarkable and complimentary. It was a privilege to have known her. Thank God for her legacy of family. I am sure she was very proud of all of you.

So sorry for your great loss! You are in our thoughts and prayers here in Toledo. Tony, Patty, Jack, Alex, Katie and Maddie

Christmas 2011 with my grandma

What a wonderful and rich 94 years! As her grandson, I had the privilege of learning from her and growing into a better person because of her. I was so fortunate to have her in my life - on the receiving end of a lot of good dinners, a patient and receptive ear, and a lot of love. Her passion for her family, for putting us before herself, and for serving others won't be forgotten. We will miss you terribly but do our best to celebrate you in our daily life.
