Madeleine Laporte

Dear Stéphane and Geneviève,

So sorry to hear about Madeleine's passing. I will always remember her sense of humour, her warmth, and how much she cared about her family above all else.

My sincere condolences to Stephane and Genevieve, I remember your mom's welcoming personality and great sense of humor. Thinking of you at this time, condolences from all of us- Christina, nick, Magnus & karsten.

Madeliene always brightened the room. We played bridge at Ste Agathe and visited and had a happy time. She will definitely be missed. Sonia Wight

I know Madeleine and piñata are distinct words but I never come across the latter without thinking of the former. Madeleine was always industriously involved in bringing joy to the kids around her. Her piñatas were works of art and fun. Perhaps we could gather photos of them and make a little exhibit or scrap book of this part of the joy she brought into the lives of those she adored. She has been a significant figure in my extended family for decades. She will be missed.

Dear Stephane and Gen and families; We are extremely saddened to learn of the passing of your mom. She was great fun and we are ever so grateful we had the opportunity to spend time with her this past June when she brought Juliette to visit with us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
