Maddie had the kindest heart of anyone I've ever known and always maintained a very positive outlook. She loved her husand and her children and grandchildren and her beloved dogs and would frequently share stories about her life with them. My sincere sympathies for the family at this difficult time.

My deepest sympathies go out to the Keith family in this time of sorrow in the loss of their wife, mother and sister. I worked with Madeline at Arnett Clinic in the transcription department from 1984 until she left in 1995. She was a wonderful friend and co-worker. I hope she did not suffer
but I know that she is in God's loving arms now. I will miss her ever so much. Goodbye Madeline.
