Madeline E. Uy

Greg and family, it is with heartfelt sympathy that I wish to say, "sorry for your loss". I met Madeline, many years ago when David and my youngest son took Violin lessons in the same school. I learned she came from NY, as I did and that she attended HS where one of my closest friends taught Math. Madeline had Ms. Julianne Hoch as a teacher. We formed a bond, and talked often on the phone, but busy lives caused a brief pause in our seeing each other. I am sorry to learn she died of cancer...

I met Madeline in 1975 while employed by Dr's. Uy and Uy. She was kind to me and we traded recipes. I still make her wonderful cutout sugar cookies and I have and will remember her each time I use that well worn recipe card. May God keep her in His hands and Bless her husband and family.

We were neighbors when the Uys built their home on Hatton street. We were so touched by their kindness and thoughtfulness. Madeline was such a lovely, caring and delightful lady. I can only imagine the family's grief. May it be consoling to know she was loved by so many. Sending deepest sympathy, Bob and Joanne Battaglia (parents of Greg Battaglia)

Sorry to here about your loss as I don't remember her but I do remember her husband Dr. Uy as he was my Dr for the longest time.
