Mae Malone

Our condolences to Mae's family and friends. Mae was a beautiful compassionate woman and a wonderful friend to my own mother, Mae Zinsmeyer. Their friendship started in those alternative health years. Mae's spirit lives on. Best wishes from Mom to all.

Dearest Mae, I made you a promise that I would be here today to honor your incredible life. Unfortunately I can only keep my promise to you in Spirit, as my own mom has also fallen down and broken her hip and I must care for her. I know you understand and can forgive my physical absence. I will cherish forever in my heart the many beautiful memories of our more than 30 years of a very special friendship. When I moved to Houston in 2011 from Cincinnati, Ohio, Mae was one of the first people that I met at The Terrace Memorial City. My apartment is on the far east section of the second court yard and her apartment was in the middle. She was a delight to be with and talk to ! We always enjoyed her costumes for the big holidays and we missed her when she moved to be near to family. She will be remembered as a very fine lady.

When we lose someone, friend or family member, it's not an easy thing to go through. The heart and mind reaches maximum reactions and who can tell how that person affected our life. In writing we may hint how we feel but God knows the depth of our pain. I'm sorry for your loss. I hope you'll find comfort from Psalms 29:11
