Not sure what to say?

I am so sad to realize that Mae has left us all. She was one of the kindest, happiest and most generous humans I have known. She embraced me in every sense of the word, from the first moment I met her. She made all people feel better, and she spread smiles and comfort among everyone she met. She wanted to understand everyone, and make their lives richer and brighter. She gave readily from the heart, and forgave everyone for their shortcomings.
I will miss her "Oh, Shucks!" , her...

Mae Mohr was the heart of Our Little Group, and Ron & Mae were our Golden Couple role models. Her positive energy, creativity, intelligence, generosity and pure goodness were true blessings in our lives, and we were all privileged to love and call Mae Mohr our dear friend for more than forty years.

Uncle Ron brought his darling Mae into our grand Mohr family when we were teenagers. She immediately captured all our hearts with her endearing kindness and zest for life. Now decades later, I treasure the family album she made for us and am so grateful to have had sweet Aunt Mae in my life. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Uncle Ron, Cousin Michael and the immediate family.

What can you say about Mae that already hasn't been said? We have lost a really dear friend. We have been friends with Mae and Ron for 40 plus years. I don't think I've ever seen Mae angry enough to curse. Her favorite " Oh Poo" and " Oh Poop "was as bad as it got. Now maybe Ron could tell us otherwise, but for us, that was as bad as it got. In the obituary, Michael really nailed it in describing his mother, and why not? She was a fun loving, energetic, caring, inquisitive, and creative...

I cannot describe Aunt Mae any more accurately than what has already been said. She was a dear, sweet person. Whenever she greeted me, she made me feel that she was so very happy to see me. I always felt loved when I was in her presence. She loved our family, and we loved her. She will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, Aunt Mae, we love you dearly.

The way Michael described his Mother is exactly what Larry and I would have said...Mae was always a pleasure to spend time with...she smiled incessantly, was always upbeat and one of the kindest people I (Mary) have ever met. While we didn't get together very often because of distance, we always had her in our hearts, and will miss her terribly. Rest in peace, Mae!

A beautiful obituary for a beautiful woman. I volunteered with Mae at the Hospice Thrift Store. She was a true pleasure to be around.
My sincere condolences to her family.

I remember Mae as a sweet, dear person who always made her friends and those around her feel good about them selves and was always cheerful and caring. The world is a better place for her having been in it .
