Just learned of Mae's passing. We went to lunch together not so long ago . I am so glad we had that time together.
She introduced me to her daughter when I took her back home.
Before going to lunch Mae shared a picture of her great grandaugher , David's and his wife's daughter . She was so happy to show me that picture of her great grand daughter.
She was such a fiesty person . She felt the trip to Africa with her daughter was awesome. So was Mae, just an awesome woman....

You are truly missed!! I, have returned to Cape-Town, from Cleveland. Your 89Th,
birthday, was this week, all I, did was sisit on your favorite bench, here by the sea, and think of the wonderful we had together, on this bench, as we watched whales, swimming pass enroute to their winter home back in 2005.
