Not sure what to say?

On behalf of the foster children of Alaska, we thank you Maeve! You offered generosity, faith, kindness, safety and a wonderful sense of humor through it all! You made a difference! I will miss our visits and talks... Sincerely, Nell

Maeve was like an angel sent for me at the exact time needed. She provided sage wisdom and advice that comes with age. Maeve was so sweet! She offered a gift of a greenhouse from the back yard of a home she was purchasing ... I so wish I had accepted her generosity now ... to fill it with flowers and vegetables in Maeve's memory to help others! Such an amazing soul and lilt of Irish in her sweet voice. Talking with her and seeing her smile always brought sun to the day! Maeve, you will not be...

When Maeve lived out in Chugiak, one of my sister's stayed with her, when she was going through a difficult time. She was that way, taking time to be a temporary placement "aka mediator" for troubled teens. Thank you for giving my sister a safe place to stay! God be with her family & friends during your time of sadness. Warm prayers and thoughts your way! I had the pleasure of meeting Maeve when she worked at St. Benedicts Catholic Church for Father Alfred Giebel. She talked me into volunteering at the rummage room one day and I ended up volunteering there for five years. She was a great mentor, advisor and friend who will be missed by everyone who knew her.
