My brother passed away on July 15th. He was diabetic and had gone into the hospital (Brookwood) on July 11th after his blood sugar got too high causing cardiac arrest. Maggie will always be missed by all of those who's lives she touched. Her larger than life presence should be remembered by us still here because she was truly a great little girl. We should learn to live like Maggie, be present in the moment and enjoy everyday.

Hi Shawn from one griving Dad to another. I lost my 4 yr.old Steven in Aug 2016 in car accident as well. I don't think we will ever understand exactly why these things happen, but we have to keep faith & realize that they are watching over us & with us all the time, & WE WILL see them again someday. Maggie sounds like a great kid & I'm sure she was , may she rest peacefully with all the angels including my Steven maybe there chatting? Steven has 2 older sisters so he's used to hanging around...

How heartbroken I am for how Maggie must've felt or how heartbroken I am for Shawn, Kelly and the rest of Maggie's family. She was the sweetest, prettiest little girl I think I'd ever seen. Just know I'm praying for God's comfort for y'all! I know without a doubt that Maggie will be greatly missed by many people she touched in her young life.
