Not sure what to say?

Dear Elias & Shannon

Dana and I wanted to express our sympathy to the two of you in the loss of Maia. I am sure your feeling of loss is great. Rest assured that you did everything humanly possible for her. Our daughter, Bryna, told us what a sweet, beautiful child she was. At times like this it is hard to believe that there is a reason for this loss but my Christian faith tells me there is a higher power at work. Maia is no doubt bringing absolute joy to countless others in...

I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to take care of Maia. I will never forget that precious face, she is truly an angel. She will always hold a special place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you always.

Elias & Shannon,

Elias, I just had the opportunity to meet you recently and then we learned this news. Our hearts are very sad for your loss. From the photo, Maia radiates beauty and joy and we feel certain that our Father was with her through this all.

May God's peace and confort be with you and your family.

Elias & Shannon,

I am deeply saddened to hear of Maia's passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Shannon, Elias, Megan and family,

I have been touched by your faith and strength during this time. Maia is beautiful and now in a lot more comfortable place. My prayers will continue to be with you.

Shannon, Elias, Marcia, Tom and family,
I have spent months praying for Maia's recovery to good health, but the Lord needs that beautiful little girl to sit on his lap and keep him company. Can you imagine the rejoicing when that beautiful child entered into our Father's home! My sincere sympathies are with you all. God Bless and watch over your whole family!

I am a parent that has been at MUSC. My daughter had surgery back in Feb. and I remember Maia..She was so beautiful..My prayers are with you. May God be with you.

Our hearts break for you as parents. I can only imagine the pain that you must feel. Yet, we are thankful that this world is not all there is. I rejoice that you will be united with Maia again, and that we will be able to meet her as well since we did not have a chance to see her here on earth. You will be in your prayers.

Shannon and Elias... the kids and I are so very sorry for your little angel. You both are in our prayers!
