Maileen Lokich

Even though we only knew Maileen for about three years we felt like we knew her forever.She was the kind of person that you just gravitated to.She had such a wonderful gift,always asking about you and your family and never complained all the time she was fighting this horrible disease! My heart goes out to Maileen's family on the loss of such a great person. I got to know Maileen through NOCC and I looked forward to seeing her every year at the National Conference. She was such a fighter, never wanting to give up and I'm so saddened to hear she lost the fight. She'll always remain in my heart and in my prayers. God Bless.

We are saddeneed by the news that Maileen lost her fight. We know how hard she has been fighting this awful disease. She was a wonderful woman and we are glad we got to know her, if only for a short time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
