For many years, I wish I could remember how many, Pia came to our school and demonstrated her craft for the third-grade students during colonial week. I always enjoyed seeing Pia and looked forward to her visit every year. I have several things she made for me such as an adorable teddy bear and a gorgeous cochenille shawl. Pia touched the lives of many, adding rich memories and the loving appreciation of nature and it's wonders. I will remember her. You are in my prayers.
