I first saw Malathi when she was newly married. She was my brother in law Raja's wife. A very bright pretty , cheerful and affectionate person. After Raja's sudden demise in 1987 she was broken hearted but picked up the pieces and started working. She contiued her education and qualified herself as a librarian. It was no mean achivement for a person in her mid forties. She got her son and daughter married and well settled. It is very sad that she had to suffer so much and died fighting...
