Marlene, sorry to hear of Malcolm's passing. Brings back many old memories of our New Plymouth days. Thinking of you. Kaye & Terry Carter

I first met Malcolm when I was 15 when my dear Craig took me to meet his parents. Malcolm (and Marls of course), made a huge impression on me - so welcoming, hospitable and easy to get along with. It was the beginning of what would be many more years that we all became like family - treasured times spent together enjoying wine(s), Malcolm´s BBQ and pastry dessert expertise, good advice, banter about sport, travel and cheek from his son shared freely between us all. What a gentleman. Thank you...

Thinking of you Marlene. I also remember Malcolm visiting our family in the school holidays in Christchurch and heading off to play cricket at Linwood Park with Derek. Always so laid back and full of smiles. So sorry we are can´t make it tomorrow but we will be thinking of you and remembering the fun times spent with both you and Malcolm over the years. It was a privilege to know him. Love Heather and Dave xxxxx

He was awarded the Old Boys' 'Club Person of the Year' trophy in 1983 for his contribution to the club and is well-remembered by many club members. Our condolences to Marlene and the family. Brian...
