Not sure what to say?

TO THOSE I LOVE

by Isla Paschal Richardson

If I should ever leave you,
Whom I love
To go along the silent way. . .
Grieve not.
Nor speak of me with tears.
But laugh and talk of me
As if I were beside you there.
(I'd come. . .I'd come,
Could I but find a way!
But would not tears
And grief be barriers?)
And when you hear a song
Or see a bird I loved,

I never met Mr. Hanson, but if his daughter Deborah is the person she is because of his influence, he must have been a great man.

I loved sending goodies over to Mal via my dad Art Robertson, because I was always rewarded by a poem from Mal. Mal called himself 'the old moocher'..the 'old geezer' and my dad was the 'young man from Meals on Wheels'. Here are some of the cute poems Mal wrote:

My deepest symphathy on the lost of your father.
May he be kept in piece.

Hap was remarkable -- versatile, intelligent, a true friend, one who would go out of his way to help others. He was a wonderful husband and father, a gifted writer and musician, with a sense of humor and wit guaranteed to keep you laughing. He was his own person, yet always there when you needed him. He was an individual like no other -- wonderful, caring, and completely unique in the nicest possible way. He will be sadly missed by our family and by his friends, yet we know he anticipated...
