I work as his legal assistant in the 1980s until he took the bench. He was a mentor, teacher and a man of deep spiritual depth. I often thought of him over the years, cherishing the memories of those years. I will miss him deeply but rejoice that he is in his eternal home.

My whole staff and myself loved seeing Malcolm on our schedule. He was always so upbeat and I believe he was one of the nicest people I have known. He obviously had a great life and a wonderful marriage to Shari. I am sad he is gone but he is not easily forgotten.
