Not sure what to say?

In the past, growing up, I remember crossing paths at St. John the Evangelist as youthful members. Upon return in 2000, we met again. Malcolm was so helpful as I learned more about St. Paul and where I could volunteer and become a member oof the community. Often, we spoke about Dyslexia, he knew so much on the topic, and I had studied Dyslexia, taught classes, identifyling, and assisting the students to do well, trained teachers how to work with the students in their classrooms, and had a...

Malcolm was an amazing man and community supporter. I am motivated by his mentoring and dedication to causes.

My condolences to Malcolm's family. I will always treasure the times we shared and the kind man he was. He will always hold a special place in my heart!

I'm sorry I missed this when it was first published. Malcolm was a fun guy to talk to (handed me a book of jokes or sayings when I moved back to MN in 2000) and he was always very encouraging. He and my dad and FIL are probably having some good conversations. Ave atque vale.

Malcolm was a trusted advisor, friend, mentor, and indefatigable optimist. He had a passion and belief that every child should have the opportunity to grow and learn, then worked for decades to make it happen. I kept learning from him during our 40-year friendship. I miss his smile and twinkling eyes. RIP good friend

I'm so sorry to hear about his death. He and I were on a board dealing with early childhood learning, ultimately called MnBel, MN Business for Early Learning. He was a very interesting person and I enjoyed being with him.

Heartfelt Condolences Arrangement- BASKET INCLUDED

Included in the long list of his service to public organizations, Malcolm generously offered his wisdom and expertise to the Hennepin County Office of Budget and Finance as a volunteer member of its investment advisory committee for 35 years, beginning in 1987, until his passing. We remember his service with gratitude.

I am sorry for your loss. Malcolm and I served together on the board of Way to Grow. He was so passionate about early learning and making sure all kids were ready for school. I have thought of him often since I left the board. He was a wonderful man who made a real contribution.
