Like everyone, I was shocked to receive email yesterday with Ron's obit in front of me. I first met Ron when I transferred from O'Hare to RDU in Oct. 1979. It was a pleasure to work with Ron as my Supervisor and coworker each and every day until his retirement. I'm grateful for the times I got to see and spend time with Ron and Kris at our RDU Pioneers Spring picnics or Fall luncheons. He will be sadly missed, R.I.P. my friend.
