Malcolm Villarrubia passed away in New Orleans, Louisiana. The obituary was featured in The Times-Picayune on March 21, 2007.
Malcolm was a classmate of mine when I was in grad school at UNO. He and I often chatted before and after our courses, and I remember being in awe of his enthusiasm, brilliance,and sense of humor. He came into my mind today, and I just wanted to pay my respects and say a prayer for him and his family. God bless.
