As time moves on, my memories of you is constant. You have contributed greatly to my ability to be a handy man in my home. I know how to fix things and break things (sorry I am still working on it). It may take me hours, sometimes days/weeks, (where it only took you minutes), but I do get the job done. You would be proud.

hey unk as years have passed time has gone on u are still a shining light to many of us .although your not hear physically ur spirit continues on to shine and give faith and continued knowledge through your teachings ....i miss you unk one day i will be there with u enjoying life with you in paradise ready to learn more and eager to hear more of ur teachings ..love u uncle malik

To my uncle malik...Thank you unk for the knowledge and wisdom u have bestowed upon me ...As a youth me ab kaleem all work as youths wiring houses down electric work ....As it was very hard and we hated it lol we had many great times and learn many valuable lessons that unk knew he was giving us and we didn't see it ...He has made me a business man a young black proud business man who works hard and everyday use the knowledge and the skills he has left me with...I thank you unk I love u and I...

I am so happy that I told Malik while he was living but it deserves repeating here, "Thanks for being my mentor for so many years!" I will only miss you because I can't see you but I will continue to talk about you in my pursuit in helping others. Your successes in life is an inspiration to so many, especially to our brothers that are struggling!
