To my adopted sister (Carmen Martinez), and family. I pray that “Our Heavenly Father, comfort and give you all strength”. God is with all of you, ant this difficult time. Love and blessings to you all. Nurse J❤

My sincerest condolences to your family from mine. You left this earth too soon but you have left an everlasting imprint on everyone's life you came across. Your beautiful smile is unmatched and will never be forgotten. May your soul rest in peace and your family be able to find the strength to go on with you in spirit. I may not be there in person but I am thinking about you all the way from FL. Love you❤

Dear Torres family,

There are no words, only peace in the silence of knowing Malissa's time here on Earth was well spent. I appreciated the joy she brought to our Near North community through her CAPS service at the 18th District. Always smiling, always kind, always fully present. She was much more than an Officer she was a force for good and a reminder to all to live your life with purpose. I will miss Malissa terribly. Blessing and Peace to you and your extended family.

Sweet kind loving sincere hard working compassionate these are just a few amazing things about malissa. One was truly blessed to have known her. May you finally RIP my dear sister in blue ♀♀
