Dear Torres family,
There are no words, only peace in the silence of knowing Malissa's time here on Earth was well spent. Officer Torres was a kind hard working officer fm the 18th Districtt . I'm a former President of the Bldg Council at Zelda Ormes Apts. Involved in CAPPS, Tenant Patrols, Positive loitering. She set up safety programs for us w/Officer Schenk. She was loved here by us and will be truly missed. Condolences to her family.
