WHEELER, Mallory Brooks. On July 27, 2013, an angel entered heaven, dancing and singing before the Lord! With the wheelchair cast aside, she happily reunited with her grandfather, Robert Wheeler; and grandparents, Robert and Rena Bradshaw. She was born in Richmond on April 13, 1993 and lived in Midlothian, Hopewell, and Bon Air, attended Victory Tabernacle Church of God, and Vertical Church. She attended Chesterfield County schools for K-2, and 9-12, and attended Hopewell City Schools from 3-8. She graduated from James River High School in 2011. Mallory served on the principals advisory committee during her senior year. Mallory loved her Lord and attended Church of God Youth Camp, making close bonds with many friends, leaders and ministers. She actively participated with the youth Group at Victory Tabernacle COG. She was bound by a wheelchair, but stood tall and stretched her arms around many, giving inspiration and love to others in times of need. She stood strong in times of struggle and did not let her disability hold her back beginning a career as a Mary Kay consultant. She showed determination and zest for life that inspired others. She left behind many friends and family to cherish her generous spirit. Family includes mother, Renay Bradshaw; brothers, Christian and Timothy Wheeler and Charles Woodcock; father, Matthew Wheeler; stepmother, Ronda Wheeler; and sisters, Jenna, Amber Jones (Jason), Holly Embry (Tim), Megan and Sarah Stewart; grandmother, Anne Redman (Phil); uncles and aunts, Stephen and Donna Wheeler, Kim and Ron Spano, Robert and Debbie Bradshaw; special friends, Ralph and LaVerne Helfert; and many loving nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 2, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Chesterfield Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 14301 Ashbrook Pkwy. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, August 3, at 1 p.m. at Victory Tabernacle Church of God, 11700 Genito Rd. If Mallory ever touched your heart, please consider donating to the Mallory Wheeler Memorial Fund at Wells Fargo Bank, or gofundme.com, instead of flowers.
