Manfred Herz, age 21, passed away May 13, 2012. Visitation Thursday, May 17, 2012 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Lack & Sons Funeral Home, 9236 S. Roberts Rd. (8000 W.) Hickory Hills. Funeral service Friday, May 18, 2012 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment Lithuanian National Cemetery.
I went to school with Freddie for a long time, and knowing him was always an experience. His love of life was unparrelled and seeing him grow up through the school years was amazing.

I do not have the words to express my profound sadness at your loss. Freddie inspired all of my students with his hard work and love of learning. I will never forget seeing him study trigonometry on Christmas Eve. There will never be another student like Freddie. I am honored to have played a small part in his life.
