Not sure what to say?

I was deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Kurien, as I had just seen him two days before for my yearly check-up. I will be forever grateful for his knowledge as a Dr., and compassion as a friend, he will never be replaced or forgotton..
My thoughts and prayers are with you all, he will be greatly missed

I have known Dr Kurien for many years, he has treated many family members for years, including myself. I will miss his kindness & knowledge. I feel sad for his passing.

My Mom (Natalie Dombrausky) was an RN and worked with Dr. Kurien for many years at Hackley Hospital. She always spoke highly of him and she deeply respected him. He was also my brother's (Dan) Oncologist several years ago. Dan often spoke of Dr. Kurien's gentle approach, competence and sincere bed side manner during Dan's last days. My thoughts are with the entire family during this difficult time. May it bring peace to you to know he brought confort to many during difficult times in...

I count myself among those who were fortunate enough to get to know Dr. Kurien. For a couple of years I was able to see him at Tumor Board at Hackley. It didn't feel like a case was complete until Dr. Kurien shared his insight. The community has truly lost a terrific physician and an even better human. My deepest sympathies to the family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Dear Sue;

During Mani's wake when the priest asked if anyone would like to say something about Mani, I wanted to walk to the podium but I choked and my knees were too weak to carry me. So I'm compelled to write you our thoughts and memories of the Mani we knew. It is easier for me to do this instead of being in front of all the people who came to pay their respect.

Mani touched everyone with his gentle and kind ways. He was a loyal and generous friend.All...

I, too, am so very grateful for the kindness and skill of Dr. Kurien and
send his family my deepest sympathy.
May God continue to keep you in his care as my family and I will keep you
in our prayers.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Kurien. He has helped me through so much at a time when other doctors could not. I will be forever greatful for his caring ways, kind words and encouragement. My thoughts are with you at this very sad and trying time. He will be greatly missed. God bless you. Susan Graff (Muskegon, MI)

Susan, Abby and Bobby, I had the pleasure of working with your husband/father for 10 wonderful years. I will miss him tremendously. As everyone has already attested to, he was a great man and physician. I will miss his quick wit and stories. I could never best him in a mathmatical equation which he computed in his head while I furiously punched in numbers on my calculator! I will never again have a piece of coconut chocolate without thinking of him. Know you are all in my thoughts and prayers...
