I was saddened to hear of Mr. Gifford's passing. Growing up on Howe Road, I recall Mr. Gifford being a very strong figure, and a good father to Mark and his brothers and sisters. Some family members never talk to each other. Some can't survive without each other. I guess we were some where in the middle. Does that make us average? Maybe. Dad you taught us the values of honosty, love and many other values that alot of people do not understand. That made you far from average.
