Charles P. Arcaro Funeral Home - Wilmington Obituary

Manuel Lee Sugalski Najera, age 36, passed away suddenly at home on July 25, 2024.

Manny was born in Newark, DE and raised in Wilmington. He was a DelCastle VoTech grad and worked many jobs. Including Kohl’s Warehouse for many years and most recently Diamond State Flooring. Manny loved his family and job, he especially loved his mother who he affectionately called Momma Dukes. He enjoyed unwinding by drinking his 211 Beer and playing video games. He also relaxed by watching gangster films, especially the ones starring Pesci, De Niro, and Pacino. Manny was an adored jokester and loved cutting it up with his work buddies.

Manny is survived by his mom and best friend Lisa Sugalski; father Manuel Torres Najera; brother Edward Sugalski; sister in law Suseria Chapman; nieces Kayden and Peyton; and many other nieces and nephews. Manny also leaves behind his beloved cat, Little Bits. He is preceded in death by his grandparents John Sugalski and Adele Weinkowitz Sugalski.

Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life from 6-8 pm Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Charles P. Arcaro Funeral Home, 2309 Lancaster Ave., Wilmington, DE, 19805.
