You were the best Grandpa. The family will always love and miss you forever. May you rest in peace and watch over us. Thanks for all the wonderful times we had.

My parents Lucy & "Buddy" Chavez were great friends of Eloise and Manual Sr. Our families grew up together, and enjoyed many happy times. Tito was always known as a gentle and true friend. My husband and I were at the funeral mass and cemetery and were able to see all the friends he made over the years. My sympathy to all the Banaga Family.

I grew up with the late Sandra Banaga, who was in my graduation class of Royal High School, 1972. My dad, Benito Lemos, and my brothers were patrons of Mr. Banaga in his barber shop. I was so happy when I saw that little building was moved to Strathern Historical Park. This will always be a memorial to a fine man in the community. My deepest sympathies go to Mrs. Banaga and to the rest of the family. May the Lord Jesus Christ comfort you at this time.

Helen, Dennis, Rickey & Randy and all your family, Your dad was a great person, and he will be missed always. We will keep you all in our prayers. Love you all
