Manny served his community in so many ways, as Mayor from 1963 to 1966, as a founding member of the Central Vermont Economic Development Corporation, and a faithful member of the Montpelier Rotary, an organization that contributes both time and money to benefit so many. We owe a debt of gratitude to Dottie, Greg, Mike and Victoria who shared their husband and father with his community.
