Not sure what to say?

Manuel was one of my Dad's dearest friends. Growing up from a young girl seeing all his skills with horses was unbelievable.. He was a true horse whisperer and quite a joke teller. I hope Manuel and my Dad are enjoying there stories together again. Blessings to his family.

Manuel was an accomplished horseman. I took lessons from him when I was a teenager. He was patient and a wonderful teacher. I will miss his jokes. Any questions?

Wonderful man. Always had a joke for me at the post office when I waited on him. Would always bring me pictures. You lived a long life an will be missed by many. RIP

I remember stopping by his LB ranch and visiting him in Hollister many times, one of my dad George Cotta's old friends. RIP Carbuerator. Condolences to his family. Can anyone tell me how he came upon his nickname?

I remember hearing of carburetor at an early age (circa 1970). Thinking just another boring friend of my parents. we often visited there in hollister at Manuel and eveylanns place. The part i loved the best was eveylanns wonderful lunches . In 1987 i had a friend with a horse problem and that was the year, that the old boring acquaintance opened my eyes and mind to much greater things. i realized not only was Manuel a great horse trainer but an incredibly interesting person. As the time i...

I always saw Uncle Manuel at the annual family Easter Barbeque in Los Banos. He always had the silly business cards of his and of course his great stories. He was one of those guys who had me at a loss for a response. I will miss him.

Manuel was a great friend of our family.
He and Evelyn would drive from Hollister to Atwater once a week to play cards with my Mom and Dad(Joe and Mary Enos. They did that for many years. Dad was ill with cancer at the time. He often said that Manuel was a true friend. My Husband loved to visit with him. He will be missed. our prayers go out to you. Love Helen, Marianne and Mike Amarant
