Manuel was born on July 27, 1941 and passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018. Manuel was a resident of Elgin, Illinois at the time of passing. Visitation will be held at O'Connor-Leetz Funeral Home at 364 Division St., Elgin on Friday, Feb. 9 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Funeral mass will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 272 Division St., Elgin. Interment is immediately following the service at Mt. Hope Catholic Cemetery in Elgin.
