God bless you Manny. To started me out in The santa fe PD. We were very close friends and still to this day. You ar missed.

My condolences to the Moya family. I do not know him but i wish i did cause we have the same name . Im sure we would have been good frends.

Manuel and I started Alvord together back in 1953. Attended school together through high school. Many good times and some bad times but all good nonetheless....

Hard to believe that you are gone. May you rest in peace

I met Manuel at Alvord elementary, I knew him through BF Young Junior High and SFHS. Spent many hours cruising Cerrillos Road. He was especially bright and I am happy to call him a friend. My best wishes to all his family.
