Just how small of a town we live in back in mid 2000's in was looking for a truck and who's truck I ended up buying was Manuel's 92 white Silverado which was kinda cool I rememberhe left the old jiffy lubes oil changes receipt

Family, our deepest condolences to the loss of Manuel. I´m his cousin by way of my Tio Tony, Manuel´s father. Tio Tony was my mom Raquel (Rachel) Soltero younger brother. We used to go visit them back in the day in Santa Maria. There´s more but we´ll save that for a future date. Our hearts go out to you Elizabeth, his children, grandchildren and all our cousins. My Condolences Manuel was a family friend. We would go visit his Moms and we all have fun playing Loteria bingo , Manuel was a nice guy and friend. Sad to hear of his passing may he RIP
