Marc J. BLANCHETTE

Marc was a neighbor of mine in Stoney Point (Pointe Aux Roches) Ontario, Canada and we had some great times and many great parties together with our close friends and buddies Marcel Desjardins, Yvon Gervais, Bill Tymec, Don Bennett, Ron Renaud, Jerry Pawlowski, and their families.
Marc asked me to prepare some of my signature Cantonese Lobster dishes for a few of his partues. I always enjoyed our times together.
