Not sure what to say?

This news is so sad. I was looking forward to finding an email or phone number online where I could contact Mr. Byrd in order to send him a gift I bought a long time ago, but never got to give him. I was a high school student of his who took a year of his floral design class back in 2011. He was an amazing teacher and a joy to be around. Boy could he make me laugh! There was never a dull moment with this man around and I was always so excited to come to class. Thank you Mr. Byrd for...

I am saddened by Marc's passing. I met Marc back in in the mid 70's when he was with Bonnie. Marc and I became partners, and lived together. We parted ways after awhile, and the last time I saw Marc was when he came to my mother's funeral in May of 1982. My condolences to Al and Marc's mother and family.

I am saddened by Marc Byrd's passing. I met Marc back in the mid 70's while he was with Bonnie. Marc and I became partners and lived together for a few months. We parted ways, and the last time I saw Marc was when he came to my mother's funeral in May of 1982. I have thought about him often, and wished that someday we could meet once again. My heart is sad. My condolences to Al Jones and Marc's surviving family.

I am saddened by Marc Byrd's passing. He was a friend of mine since 1976. We met at a popular eatery nightclub in Los Angeles. I was taken my his award winning smile and warm hospitality. My return to Palm Springs brought us close again. He was at the helm of Village Florist and I was asked on many occasions to deliver flowers to dinner parties given by my late Grandmother Mrs. Lew Landers and my beautiful mother Gloria Greer courtesy of Beau James. Village Florist sold and we met up...

Mark made the world beautiful.

I feel so very sad to hear of Mark's passing. He was the best teacher, friend and a really all around good man. I loved attending his Floristy classes at Santa Monica HS. We had the best times with him. He believed in me and help me build my confidence and ability in the beautiful world of floristry! I Love You Mark!

My lifelong Friend, I miss you more than you could imagine. Your life is a forever treasure. ~~Carol Lirones-Flayer and Family

My sincere condolences to you, Al, and to Marc's family. I never had the honor of meeting Marc but felt his friendship to my son, Michael, and enjoyed hearing of his wonderful talents.
