Not sure what to say?

I wanted to let Marc's family know that I am very sorry for their loss. May the warm memories you have stay in your hearts forever. I can only imagine the saddness you feel. I know Marc cherished his high school and college days very much and the friendships he made in PA. I remember how much he loved his career in banking, playing sports and spending time with friends. I had not spoken to him in many years but was able to keep up with him through a mutual friend who lives in my neighborhood....

As a a SMALL independent real estate developer customer of Marc's he always treated us with respect and dignity. After contentious business dealings he would still cross the room to hug my neck at a gathering, even in front of his bosses. A true gentleman.......

Marc and I were roommates and teammates at Penn State. He always made you laugh. I managed to visit him a few times over the years in Houston. Never enough. I will miss him. My condolences to his family. Good bye old friend.

I met Marc in Houston around 1988, we worked together at Allied Bank of Texas. He was such a nice, thoughtful, and caring guy. He was always trying to fix me up with one of his friends. Until one day I said, Thank you Marc but I think I am OK on my own! I can remember he called me when Kelsy was born to tell me he had a daughter (he was so proud!). We kept in touch over the years even thoiugh we lived in different cities. Then, when he proposed to Joann he called me (again, so proud) to...

Joann I am so sad to hear about this, I was downtown with Roger as they had the running of the longhorn steer..some were riding them..to the start of the rodeo...I saw your number, and Roger was taking photos for a photo contest..and I was assisting. I just got home, and got onto computer, thinking I cannot wait to speak to you, miss you dearly Joann, and now I'm crying this is so unexpected, and thinking about you, my wonderful friend. My heart is sad, but I know God our Comforter will be...

When you spend many hours running with someone over multiple years, you get to know a good deal about the kind of person they are. I am proud to have been a team mate of Mark's at Penn State and grateful to have shared time with him. Many laughs and much respect. You'll be missed my friend, and not forgotten, by all of us in the photo.

Kelsey and Joann
I am so sad to hear of Marc's passing. He was such a sweet guy just full of love and had a robust passion for life. He will truly be missed and my heart goes out to you both for the many years and memories to come. Keep the Marc flame alive.

Joann & Kelsey,
I am sorry for your loss. Marc and I have known each other since junior high. We were class mates and team mates and later on adventure friends. I treasure the time that I spent with Marc over the past forty years. I enjoyed his humor, wit, generosity and candid opinion. On our Guys' Trip and other visits Marc spoke of his love and commitment to the both of you. He repeatedly stressed the importance of family. I will miss him. I will keep you both in my thoughts and...

My heart goes out to you, Joanne and Kelsey in this most difficult time. Know that we are grateful for the time we knew Marc and only wish we got to know him better. May God continue to support you and keep his loving arms around you each and every day.
Our prayers are with you.
