While we never actually worked on the same project, on several occasions our paths crossed while working at the House of Commons. Marc was always cheerful and welcoming with everyone, a quality I greatly appreciated when I first joined the HOC in 2001 and was getting used to all the unfamiliar faces. His passing will be a loss to all of us working on the Hill. May he rest in peace.
