Not sure what to say?

I was so saddened to hear the news of Marc's passing. Marc has been a mentor in faith and life for me. I had the honor of working on staff with him in my first ministry experience at Newton Presbyterian Church in MA. That positive experience led me into the ministry - and I know serve as a PCUSA minister like Marc here in the Boston Presbytery. Melanie and the kids, my heart and pray go out to you. Thank you for sharing Marc with us all. I send along thoughts and prayers and deep condolences...

Sherod Family
I want you to know how much Marc meant to me and my family during our Mother's, Mabel Bradford, life and death. Marc spent time with the family during her procedures and was there for us when she died. He was king and caring to people who were not members of his church. We thank him for his time. Andra Fischbach (sister of Jane Walsh)

Sherrod Family,
Marc was an incredible source of strength, love, and inspiration and touched the lives of so many people in so many places. While I am certain that your grief is intense, I pray that your family will soon find within your hearts a place of peace and purposefulness. Although many of those in my immediate and extended family did not know Marc, they know many of you and would like to offer their sympathy, as well.

I remember Marc for his passion for racquetball. He always won! But more importantly I can not forget his commitment to Jesus Christ. His faith shined through his life and touched many others. Marc was God's gift to Greensprings Presbyterian Church and we are all richer for having known him. My prayers are with all of you, and especially Melanie.
