Marc Steven Shigeta

I served several years with Marc on the Idaho Counties Risk Management Program Board of Trustees and with him in the Idaho Association of Counties. We became good friends and looked forward to the meetings so we could visit. He was a wonderful, kind and generous man. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time.
