To friends of our family: This is Anna McLeod, Marc's youngest sister. Marc was the most patient and forgiving brother anyone could ever have. He loved all of his family greatly and took great pride in his name and his family. He worked very hard for every penny he made and every title he received. To The Westbrook Family:
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you. I met Judge Wesbrook when I was a Foster Care Caseworker in Edgefield, SC from 1990 until his new appointment. I read with sorrow and dismay about the death of Judge Westbrook. I was a newspaper reporter for many years, and in my final years covered court sessions presided over by the judge. He was an outstanding judge and a wonderful person. I was always impressed by his courtly demeanor, his love for the law, his kindness toward all who came into his courtroom. He will be missed by the state judiciary system. We have been enriched by just knowing this good man. My condolences to his fine family.
